In view of Decree No. 97-153 of 13 February 1997 establishing a new index subsidy in General secretaries of agricultural and veterinary higher education institutions;
In view of the opinion of the Joint Technical Committee of 18 September 2003,
Décrète:
In Article 3 of the above-mentioned Decree of 13 February 1997, the words: 40 points " Are replaced by the words: " 50 points ".
Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Public Service and State Reform, Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Secretary of State for Budget and Budget Reform and the Secretary of State for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs are responsible, And shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
