The Prime Minister,
On the Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and Minister of Public Service and State Reform,
Due to the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended, amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of the Act No. 91-73 of 18 January 1991 laying down provisions relating to public health, social insurance, and in particular Article 27 thereof;
In view of Decree No. 93-522 of 26 March 1993 on the conditions for the implementation of the new index subsidy In the civil service of the State;
Given Decree No. 96-1062 of 5 December 1996 Concerning the conditions for appointment and advancement in the employment of the Secretary-General for the establishment of agricultural and veterinary higher education;
In view of Decree No. 97-153 of 13 February 1997 establishing a new index subsidy in General secretaries of agricultural and veterinary higher education institutions;
In view of the opinion of the Joint Technical Committee of 18 September 2003,
Décrète:

In Article 3 of the above-mentioned Decree of 13 February 1997, the words: 40 points " Are replaced by the words: " 50 points ".
