In light of the amended Decree No. 71-647 of 30 July 1971 laying down the conditions for the taking charge of the cost of transport by air engaged by the civil and military personnel of the State and its public establishments, as well as Certain subsidised bodies, outside the metropolitan area of France,
Décrète:
Support for the cost of transport by air of military personnel on mission outside the metropolitan territory of France may To be carried out within the limit of the budgetary appropriations entered for that purpose, due to the hardship or constraints linked to the mission, in the class immediately above the most economical by way of derogation from Article 3 of the decree of 30 July 1971 above.
The conditions for derogation from the current regulations are set by a joint order of the Minister for Defence, the Minister responsible for the Budget and the Minister responsible for the Public Service.
The Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister for Defence, the Minister for Public Service and State Reform and the Minister of State Secretary of State for Budget and Budget Reform Shall each be responsible for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
