Describes:
The officers holding the departmental community of Mayotte in charge of a police mission, recruited from 19 March 2003 and appointed on 22 July 2003, are integrated, on their request, into an active police force Article 64-1 of the Act of 11 July 2001 referred to above and Articles 3, 4 and 7.
For the integration and advancement of police officers, sub-brigadiers and police brigadiers in the departmental community of Mayotte in the National Police's Master's and Enforcement Corps, Are created at the following temporary levels:
