Law No. 2001-616 of 11 July 2001 Relating to Mayotte, as amended by Order No. 2002-1450 of 12 December 2002 on the modernisation of the municipal system, inter-communal cooperation, the conditions for the exercise of local mandates in Mayotte and amending the general code of the Territorial communities and the Overseas Program Act (n ° 2003-660 of 21 July 2003), in particular Article 64-1;
In view of Act No. 2003-239 of 18 March 2003 on internal security, in particular Article 137 thereof;

The officers holding the departmental community of Mayotte in charge of a police mission, as of March 18, 2003, are integrated, on In an active body of the national police under the conditions laid down in Article 137 of the Law of 18 March 2003 referred to above and by Articles 3, 4 and 7.

For the integration and advancement of police officers, sub-brigadiers and police brigadiers in the departmental community of Mayotte in the National Police's Master's and Enforcement Corps, Are created at the following temporary levels:
1 ° Prior to the first step of the rank of the guardian of peace, as provided for in Articles 3 and 4 of Decree No. 95-657 of 9 May 1995 referred to above, a level of two years duration;
