Order of 3 July 2007 fixing the list of representative trade unions to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the School Advanced National Advanced Techniques and the number of seats assigned to each of them

The Minister of Defence,
Due to Law No. 83-634 of the 13 July 1983 as amended bearing the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with the amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 Amendments relating to the Joint Technical Committees;
Given the amended Decree No. 94-844 of 30 September 1994 on the organization of the Advanced National School of Advanced Technology;
In view of the Order of 30 March 2001 establishing the Committee National Advanced Technical Advanced School of Advanced Techniques;
Vu The decree of 3 April 2001 laying down detailed rules for the consultation of organised staff with a view to determining the representativeness of trade union organisations called to appoint representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the National School Advanced techniques;
Due to the minutes of the consultation of the staff of the Advanced National School of Advanced Techniques, organized on 18 June 2007,

Article 1


The right to appoint staff representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee shall be The École nationale supérieure de techniques Advanced the trade unions listed below:
-the French Democratic Confederation of Labour, the defence union Ile-de-France (CFDT);
-the trade union federation Force on defence, the arms industries and similar sectors (FO).

Article 2


The distribution of seats between the trade unions referred to in Article 1 above shall be fixed as follows Taking into account the results of the staff consultation held on 18 June 2007:

Item 3


The trade union organisations referred to in Article 1 of this Order shall have a period of fifteen days from the publication of this Order in the Official Journal of the French Republic to make known to the Director of the Ecole nationale supérieure de techniques Advanced the name of the Representatives to occupy the seats of the incumbent and alternate members assigned to them.

Item 4


The Director of the Advanced National School of Advanced Techniques is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
