In view of the decree of 28 April 2006 Laying down detailed rules for the consultation of organised staff in order to determine the Trade union organisations empowered to appoint staff representatives to the Special Joint Technical Committee with the Prefect of Mayotte;
In view of the results of the staff consultation of 1 June 2006,

The list of trade unions entitled to appoint staff representatives to the Committee Special Joint Technical Assistance to the Prefect of Mayotte and the number of seats allocated to each of them are fixed as follows:
Labour Force:
Incumbents: 4 seats;
Alternates: 4 seats.
Autonomous Union of Personnel Prefecture administration, National Union of Autonomous Trade Unions (SAPAP/UNSA):
Incumbents: 2 seats;
Alternates: 2 seats.
The trade unions referred to in Article 1 shall have a maximum period of 15 days from Date of publication of this Order to make known to the Prefect of Mayotte the names of their representative and alternate representatives.
The prefect of Mayotte is responsible for executing the This Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
