La General Director of Personnel and Administration,
In the light of Decree No. 2005-471 of 16 May 2005 concerning the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Equipment, transport, spatial planning, tourism and the sea;
Given the decree n ° 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 on the signature delegations of the members of the Government, in particular Article 3;
