Vu The decree of 3 April 2001 laying down detailed rules for the consultation of organised staff with a view to determining the representativeness of trade union organisations called to appoint representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the National School Advanced techniques;
Due to the minutes of the consultation of the staff of the Advanced National School of Advanced Techniques organized on June 28, 2004,

The right to appoint staff representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee shall be The École nationale supérieure de techniques Advanced the trade unions listed below:
-the French Democratic Confederation of Labour, the defence union Ile-de-France (CFDT);
-the trade union federation Force for defence, the arms industries and similar sectors (FO).
The distribution of seats between the trade unions referred to in Article 1 above shall be fixed as follows The results of the staff consultation held on 28 June 2004:

The trade union organisations referred to in Article 1 of this Order shall have a period of fifteen days from the publication of this Order in the Official Journal of the French Republic to make known to the Director of the Ecole nationale supérieure de techniques Advanced the name of the Representatives to occupy the seats of the incumbent and alternate members assigned to them.
The Director of the Advanced National School of Advanced Techniques is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
