In view of the Social Security Code, and in particular Article L. 711-1;
Given the national status of the personnel of the electric and gas industries, approved by Decree No. 46-1541 of 22 June 1946, as amended;
Given the Decree No. 97-345 of 11 April 1997 fixing the rate of contributions and the ceiling provided for in Article 23, Paragraph 8, of the national status of the personnel of the electricity and gas industries;
In view of the proposal of the Coordination Committee for complementary mutual funds and social action;
In the opinion of the representative organisations of the Employers in the electricity and gas industries;
In view of the opinion of the Supreme Council for Electricity and Gas dated June 24, 2003,
Describes:
It is hereby established on an exceptional basis, in addition to the contributions provided for in Article 23 (8) of the national Staff Regulations Electricity and gas, a contribution based on the salaries defined in Article 9 (3) of that Staff Regulations and pensions, with a ceiling of 1.55 times that of the general social security scheme, paid as of 1 July 2003 and Until June 30, 2004.
The rate of this contribution is fixed:
-for active agents, 0.3 % for these agents and 0.3 % for services, operations or businesses;
-for pensioners, 0.225 % for those pensioners, and 0.3 % for services, Operations or undertakings.
This contribution shall be recovered under the conditions laid down in Article 23 (9) of the national Staff Regulations of the electricity and gas industries.
Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Health, Family and Disability, Associate Minister Budget and Budget Reform and the Minister Delegate to The industry is responsible for the execution of this Decree, each of which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
