In accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 95-27 of 10 January 1995, the candidates in the competition External access to the employment framework of the territorial educators of physical and sports activities must hold a diploma or professional title registered in the national directory of professional qualifications, issued in Sport, at least level IV.
