In light of Decree No. 2001-1343 of 28 December 2001 on the special status of the heads of health and social institutions of the hospital public service;

Describes:
At 1 ° and 2 ° of Article 16 of the decree of December 28, 2001, the words: " In their bodies " Are replaced by the words: " In category A ".
The last paragraph of the same article is replaced by the following:
" The officials concerned must be over 35 years of age and less than 50 years old on 1 January of the year in respect of which they are listed under Article 17. "
Article 26 of the Decree of 28 December 2001 is amended as follows:
1 ° In the first subparagraph, after the words: Or the same level ", are inserted the words:" Whose terminal crude index is at least equal to the gross index 966 " ;
2 ° The fourth paragraph is replaced by the following:
" Staff members seconded to the heads of health and social institutions shall contribute to the advancement of rank and level with all members of this body in accordance with the provisions of Article 23. "
The first paragraph of Article 27 of the Decree of 28 December 2001 is amended as follows:
-before the words: " Posted agents "shall be inserted the words:" With the exception of staff members of the hospital public service " ;
-after words: " National School of Public Health ", are inserted the words: And subject to validation by a jury ".
In the penultimate paragraph of Article 32 of the decree of December 28, 2001, the words: " As well as their possible participation in management guards " Are deleted.
It is added to Article 34 of the Decree of December 28, 2001, a second paragraph read as follows:
The management staff covered by this Decree may also provide management guards in the establishments referred to in Article 1. A convention, bringing together the institutions concerned, lays down the arrangements for setting up these interinstitutional management guards. "
