By Decisions of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry of March 16, 2007 and the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research On 14 March 2007, the Amendment No 1 to the Constituent agreement of the public interest group known as " Guiana University Pole " Is approved.
The amended incorporating agreement may be consulted by any person interested in the seat of the group and the Minister responsible for higher education.

Article 3 : Seat


The seat of the grouping is fixed 2091, Baduel Road, BP 266, 97326 Cayenne Cedex.


Article 9: Staff


In the last paragraph of Article 9, the following sentence Is added: " Only the right holders can be seconded or made available. "


Article 21: Markets


Group is subject to public procurement code.
