On the report of the Prime Minister, the Minister of National Education and the Minister of Education Top and search,
Given section 13 of the Constitution;
Given the code of education;
Council Ministers heard,
Describes:

Article 1


Professor Alexandre Steyer, Professor of Universities, is appointed Rector of the Academy of Reims.

Article 2


The Prime Minister, the Minister of National Education and the Minister of Higher Education and Research are Entrusted, each with regard to the application of this Decree, to be published In the Official Journal of the French Republic.
