On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and the Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
Vu Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine and the regulations made for its application;
Given the general tax code;
In view of the Customs Code;
Given the rural code;
Given the code of consumption;
In view of Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 on the application of the consumption code with regard to wines, sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueurs wines;
In view of the order Of 7 December 2001 on analytical and organoleptic examinations for wines with an appellation of origin controlled with the exception of sparkling and sparkling wines;
Given the proposal of the National Wine and Life Committee of the National Institute Des appellations d' origine des 6 et 7 novembre 2003,
Décrète:

Item 1
1 ° Only can benefit from controlled appellation of origin " Côtes du Roussillon ", initially recognized by the decree of 28 March 1977, red, rosé or white wines meeting the conditions laid down by this Decree.
2 ° Only can benefit from the appellation of origin controlled" Côtes du Roussillon " Filled with name " The Aspres " Red wines meeting the conditions laid down in this Decree.

a) The geographical area of production of the wines of controlled appellation of origin " Côtes du Roussillon " Consists of the territory of the following communes of the department of Pyrénées-Orientales:

The geographical area of production of wines of controlled origin " Côtes du Roussillon " Filled with name " The Aspres ", as approved by the INAO National Wine and Life Committee at its meeting on 22 and 23 May 2003, is constituted by the territory of the following communes of the Department of the Pyrénées-Orientales:
Bages, Banyuls-dels-Aspres, Brouilla, Cabestany, Camelas, Canet-en-Roussillon, Canohès, Castelnou, Céret, Elne, Fourques, Laroque-des-Albères, Le Boulou, Llauro, Llupia, Montauriol, Montesquieu, Ortaffa, Passa, Pollester, Perpignan (southern Tet), Ponteilla, Sainte-Colombe-de-la-Commanderie, Saint-André, Saint-Generis-des-Fontaines, Saint-Jean-Lasseille, Saint-Jean-Pla-de-Corts, Sorède, Terrats, Thuir, Tordères, Tresgreenhouse, Trouillas, Villelongue-dels-Monts, Villemolaque, Villeneuve-de-la-Raho, Vives.
Wine derived from grapes Harvested in the area of the appellation of origin controlled " Côtes du Roussillon " On parcels which have been the subject of an identification procedure.

The wines are obtained by assembly of grapes or wines from three or more of these grape varieties. The proportion of the two most important grape varieties cannot exceed 90 % of the insert.
The proportion of macabeu B cannot be greater than 10 % of the red wine insert, 30 % for rosé wines.
The proportion of carignan N Cannot be more than 60 % of the insert.
The proportion of syrah N and die N, together or separately, may not be less than 20 % of the insert.
b) Only eligible for the controlled appellation of origin " Côtes du Roussillon " White wines from the following grape varieties: white grenache B, macabeu B, tourbat B locally " Malvoisie du Roussillon ", marsanne B, roussanne B and vermentino B.

1 ° For controlled appellation of origin wines " The basic yield referred to in Article R. 641-73 of the Rural Code is set at 50 hectolitres per hectare.
The yield laid down in Article R. 641-76 of the Rural Code is set at 60 hectolitres per hectare.
2 ° For wines Of a controlled appellation of origin " Côtes du Roussillon " Filled with name " The Aspres ", the basic performance referred to in Article R. 641-73 of the Rural Code shall be set at 45 hectolitres per hectare.
The yield under Article R. 641-76 of the Rural Code shall be set at 54 hectolitres per hectare.
