Notice with respect to l 'extension d ' an agreement entered into as part of the National Collective Agreement for Anonymous Company and HLM Foundations

Pursuant to Article L. 133-8 of the Labour Code, the Minister of Employment, of the Social cohesion and housing plans to take an order to make the provisions of the following agreement mandatory for all employers and employees entering its field of application.
The text of this Agreement a Submitted to the departmental management of labour, employment and vocational training at the place of its conclusion, where it can be read.
Within 15 days, professional organisations and all Interested persons are asked to provide their comments and opinions

Agreement whose extension is Envisaged:
Accord National du 30 mai 2005.
Depot:
Direction départementale du travail, de l' emploi et de la formation professionnelle de Paris.
Purpose:
Professional training throughout life.
Signatories:
Social Enterprises for Habitat-National Federation of Anonymous Companies and Foundations of HLM;
Trade union organizations interested in CGT-FO, CFDT, CFTC and CFE-CGC;
National Union of Public limited-liability companies and foundations of HLM (SNPSAHLM);
National Independent Custodial and Concierge (SNIGIC).
