The Prime Minister,
On the Minister's report Agriculture, Food, fishing and rural affairs and the Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In the light of Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine and the Regulations made for its application;
In view of the general tax code;
Given the Customs Code;
Given the Rural Code, and in particular Article R. 641-94;
Due to the code of consumption;
Given Decree No. 67-1007 of 15 November 1967 Amended marketing of wines with controlled designation of origin;
Vu Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 on the application of the Consumer Code in respect of wines, sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueurs wines;
In view of the proposal of the National Wine and Life Committee of the Institute National des appellations d' origine des 6 et 7 novembre 2003,
Décrète:

The first paragraph of Article R. 641-94 of the Rural Code is supplemented by the following provisions:
" However, the quiet wines on a list proposed by the National Institute of Appellations of Origin and approved by joint decree of the Minister for Finance and the Minister responsible for agriculture and sparkling wines and Sparkling beneficiaries of a certificate of fitness may be placed in circulation between approved warehouts within the specified region. "

Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Business Rural, the Minister for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Trade, Handicrafts, Liberal Professions and Consumer Affairs and the Secretary of State for the Budget and Budget Reform are each responsible for The execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
