The Minister of Higher Education and Research,
In light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State, and Article 15;
In light of the amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 relating to the Joint Technical Committees, in particular Articles 8 and 11, second paragraph;
In the light of the amended Order of 16 August 2002 establishing, composition and Duties of the Central Joint Technical Committee of public institutions reporting to the Minister National education or the minister responsible for higher education;
In view of the decree of 16 August 2002 laying down detailed rules for the consultation of staff of public establishments reporting to the Minister of National Education or the Minister Responsible for higher education in order to determine the representativeness of the trade unions' organisations to be represented on the Central Joint Technical Committee of each institution, as amended by the decree of 29 March 2006;
Vu The minutes of the elections of 25 January 2007 and 8 March 2007 relating to the Consulting the staff of the Ecole des hautes études en sciences sociales,

The list of trade union organisations capable of designating representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Ecole des hautes études en sciences And the number of seats of holders and substitutes allocated to each of them shall be fixed as indicated in the table below:
