Given the General Tax Code;
Due to the Customs Code;
Given the Rural Code, including Article D. 641-80 ;
In view of the consumption code;
In view of the Order of 15 December 2005 concerning the increase in the natural alcoholic strength of fresh grapes, musts and new wines still in fermentation as the origin of the 2005 harvest;
In view of the proposal of the National Wine and Life Committee of the Institute of Designations of origin of 8 and 9 March 2006,
Stop:

Article 1


Article 1, sixth paragraph, of the order Of 15 December 2005, the words: " Côtes de Millau " Deleted.

Item 2


The Director of Economic and International Policy, the Director General of Competition, Consumption and suppression of fraud and the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights are responsible, each as far as it is concerned, for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
