The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the The Republic enacts the following legislation:
Sole Article
Approval of the European Charter of Local Self-Government, adopted in Strasbourg on 15 October 1985, the text of which is appended to this Law (2).
This Act shall be enforced as the law of the State.
