In the light of Decree No. 90-1100 of 5 December 1990 on the remuneration of management staff in the general and technological schools of agriculture, of the Agricultural vocational secondary schools and specialised agricultural education establishments of the same level;
In the light of Decree No. 91-921 of 12 September 1991 on the conditions for appointment and promotion in the management of Public agricultural education and vocational training institutions, as amended In particular by Decree No. 2003-1360 of 30 December 2003;
In view of the opinion issued by the Higher Council of the Public Service of the State of 9 March 2004;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Describes:
Article 1 of the same order is replaced by the provisions Following:
" Article 1. -Staff members appointed in one of the executive posts referred to in Article 4 of Decree No. 91-921 of 12 September 1991 on conditions of appointment and promotion in the management jobs of establishments Public education and agricultural vocational training, receive the remuneration for the class and the level they have reached in their employment
They also benefit from an index subsidy that is subject to a civil pension deduction. This bonus is based on the category in which the designated public institution is classified.

Section 7 of the Order is repealed.
It is inserted after Article 10 of the same decree a Article 10-1 thus written:
" Article 10-1. -This Order may be amended by decree of the Prime Minister. "
This Order takes effect as of January 1, 2003.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service and Government Reform, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, fishing and rural affairs, Secretary of State for the Budget and Budget Reform and the Secretary of State for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs are responsible, each as far as it is concerned, for the application of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
