Signing delegation order of July 8, 2002

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
In light of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their Signature;
In light of Decree No. 99-555 of 2 July 1999 establishing the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
Having regard to the decree of 11 May 2000 appointing the Director, Head of the Department of Affairs Legal;
Given the May 23, 2002, Order-in-Council Order;
Given the June 17, 2002, Order-in-Council appointing the Prime Minister;
In light of the June 17, 2002, Order in Council relating to the composition of the Government;
Given the Order of 18 October 2000 on the organization and remit of the Legal Affairs Unit;
Given the October 18, 2000 Order relating to the organization of the legal affairs department;
Given the May 16, 2002 signing delegation order,
Décrète:

Article 1


In Article 1 of the decree of 23 May 2002, before the words:" Concerning the service of legal affairs. ", are added the words:" , transactions and conventions ".

Article 2


After Article 1 of the decree of 23 May 2002 referred to above, Articles 1-1 and 1-2 thus written:
" Article 1er-1. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mrs Agnès Daussun and Mrs Danielle Gozard and Mr Frédéric Beaufays, Mrs Adeline Bard and Ms Françoise Bordes, Ms Isabelle Tison, a veterinary public health inspector, and Mr Françoise Bordes. François Darribehaude, a contractual agent, has signed, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, all defence and demand briefs in litigation cases Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural affairs and all acts of credit management in the legal affairs
. Article 1er-2. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mrs Agnès Daussun and Mrs Danielle Gozard and Mr Frédéric Beaufays, Mr Patrice Larde, Central Administrative Officer, has delegated to sign, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural affairs, all acts of management of the appropriations of the legal affairs department. "

Article 3


The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for the implementation of the This Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
