Signing delegation order of July 8, 2002

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
In light of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their Signature;
In view of Decree No. 99-555 of 2 July 1999 establishing the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
In view of the Decree of 8 July 1999 appointing the Director of Economic Policy and International;
Given the May 23, 2002, Order-in-Council Order;
Given the June 17, 2002, Order-in-Council appointing the Prime Minister;
In light of the June 17, 2002, Order in Council on the composition of the Government;
Seen the Order of July 2, 1999 Organization and Responsibilities of the Policy Branch Economic and international;
In view of the Order of 2 July 1999 concerning the organisation of the services of the Economic and International Policy Directorate;
In view of the Order of 2 July 1999 establishing a service with national competence Market news service;
Given the May 16, 2002 signing delegation order,
Describes:

Article 1


After Article 3 of the aforementioned decree of 23 May 2002, are added Articles 3-1 and 3-2 thus drafted :
" Article 3-1. -In the event of absence or incapacity of Mr Rémi Toussain, Mrs Marie Guittard and MM. François de la Gueronnière and Stéphane Le Moing, Mr Dominique Lartigolle, Head of Mission, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, to sign, with the exception of the decrees, all acts, Orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to
. Article 3-2. -In the event of absence or incapacity of Mr Rémi Toussain, Mrs Marie Guittard and MM. François de la Gueronnière and Jean-Jacques Benezit, Mr Jean-Paul Pellissier, inspector of veterinary public health, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, to sign the signature on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, with the exception of Decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it. "

Article 2


After Article 6 of the aforementioned decree of 23 May 2002, an article 6-1 reads as follows:
" Article 6-1. -In the event of absence or incapacity of Mr Rémi Toussain, of Mrs Marie Guittard and of Mr Alain Jacotot, Mr Daniel Andre, Divisional Engineer of Agricultural Works, and Mr Alain Pauly, Senior Central Administrative Officer, Delegation for Sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rural Affairs, with the exception of Orders in Council, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to them. "

Article 3


The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for the implementation of the This Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
