Signing delegation order of July 8, 2002

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
In light of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their Signature;
In view of Decree No. 99-555 of 2 July 1999 establishing the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
Having regard to the Decree of 8 July 1999 appointing the Director General of Education and Research;
Given the May 24, 2002, Order-in-Council Order;
Given the June 17, 2002, Order-in-Council appointing the Prime Minister;
In the light of the June 17, 2002, Order in Council on the composition of the Government;
Given the Order Of 2 July 1999 on the organisation and remit of the Directorate-General for Teaching and research;
In view of the decree of 2 July 1999 on the organisation of the services of the Directorate-General for Education and Research;
In view of the decree of 16 May 2002 on the delegation of signature,
:

Article 1


After Article 2 of the decree of 24 May 2002 referred to above, Articles 2-1 to 2-5 shall be added :
" Art. 2-1. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Jean-Claude Lebossé and Mrs Brigitte Fevre, Mr Gilbert Pescatori, engineer of rural engineering, waters and forests, has delegated to sign, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries And rural affairs, with the exception of decrees, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to
. Article 2-2. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Jean-Claude Lebossé and Mrs Maryse Hurtrel, Mr Laurent Nouchi, Senior Central Administrative Officer, has the delegation to sign on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural affairs, with the exception of decrees, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to
. Art. 2-3. -In the event of absence or incapacity of MM. Jean-Claude Lebossé and Alain Sopena, Mr Jean Peuzin, chief engineer of rural engineering, water and forestry, has signed on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of the Decrees, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to
. Article 2-4. -In the event of absence or incapacity of MM. Jean-Claude Lebossé and Jean-Joseph Michel, Ms. Annie Bouatou, Senior Central Administration Officer, delegation to sign on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rural Affairs, with the exception of Orders in Council, All acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to
. Article 2-5. -In the event of absence or incapacity of MM. Jean-Claude Lebossé and Philippe Vissac, Mr. Jacques Loyat, chief engineer of rural engineering, water and forestry, has signed on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of Decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it. "

The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for the implementation of the This Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
