National Assembly and Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic promulgates the following law:

Single item


Is authorized approval of amendment to the Basel Convention on Movement Control Of hazardous waste and their disposal, adopted in Geneva on 22 September 1995, and whose text is annexed to this Law (2).
This Law shall be enforced as State Law.
