    The National Assembly and the Senate have adopted,
    The President of the Republic promulgates the following law:

    Sole Article


    Approval of the Agreement between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the Republic of Estonia concerning the status and functioning of cultural centres, signed in Tallinn on 14 July 2003, the text of which is annexed to this Law (2).
    This Law shall be enforced as the law of the State.
