The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural affairs,
Given the rural code, in particular his book VIII (new);
In view of the decree of 30 June 2000 laying down the rules for admission to the national schools of agricultural engineering works in Bordeaux and Clermont-Ferrand, at the establishment National Higher Education Agronomic of Dijon and the Ecole nationale d' ingénieurs des techniques des industries agricoles et alimentaires de Nantes;
In view of the opinion of the National Council on Higher Education and Agricultural, Agri-Food and Veterinary Research of 15 April 2003,

Item 1

The last paragraph of Article 10 of the Order of 30 June 2000 is repealed.

Article 2

The Director General of Education and Research is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
