Order of 26 June 2006 fixing the list of trade union organisations capable of designating representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Generalist School Marseille engineers and the number of seats assigned to each of them

Minister of National Education, Education In the light of Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 as amended bearing the rights and obligations of civil servants,
No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended, amending the statutory provisions relating to the civil service The State, and in particular Article 15;
In view of the amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 relating to the Joint Technical Committees, in particular Articles 8 and 11, second paragraph;
In the light of the amended Order of 16 August 2002 establishing, composition and Functions of the Central Joint Technical Committee of public institutions Under the Minister of National Education or the Minister responsible for higher education;
In view of the decree of 16 August 2002 laying down detailed rules for the consultation of staff of public establishments reporting to the Minister of National Education Or the Minister responsible for higher education organised in order to determine the representativeness of the trade unions' organisations to be represented on the Central Joint Technical Committee of each institution, as amended by the decree of 29 March 2006;
In view of the minutes of the vote of 23 May 2006 concerning the Consulting the staff of the Ecole Generalist d' ingénieurs in Marseille.

The list of Trade unions capable of designating representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Ecole Generaliste d' ingénieurs de Marseille and the number of seats of incumbents and substitutes assigned to each of them shall be fixed as indicated In the table below:

Article 2


The trade unions shall have two days from the publication of this Order to designate their representative and alternate representatives.

The Director of the Ecole Generaliste d' ingénieurs de Marseille is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
