Order dated June 5, 2003 amending the May 28, 2002 Order, Appointment to the Departmental Joint Technical Committee of the Department of Defense

The Minister of Defence,
In view of the amending finance law for 2001 (n ° 2001-1276 of 28 December 2001), in particular Article 78 thereof;
Decree No. 85-649 of 26 June 1985 on the Joint Technical Committees of the Ministry of Defence, as amended by Decree No. 2000-1246 of 15 December 2000;
In the light of the decree of 28 May 2002 on the appointment of the ministerial Joint Technical Committee Ministry of Defence,
Stops:

Article 1

Article 1 of the decree of 28 May 2002 is amended as follows: Follows:
I.-The words:
" For the National DCN service:
-the DCN Director or his/her representative. "
are deleted.
II. -Instead of:
" For the Army General Staff:
-the Chief of the Land Staff or his or her representative;
-the Deputy Chief of Staff-Human Resources or his or her representative;
-the Director of Military Personnel of the Army Land or its representative. ",
Read:
" For the Army General Staff:
-the Chief of the Land Staff or his or her representative;
-the Deputy Chief of Staff-Human Resources or his or her representative;
-the Director of Military Personnel of the Army Land (DPMAT) or its representative;
-the Deputy Director General and Civilian Personnel of the DPMAT or its representative. "

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
