Order of 19 June 2003 approving an association for the purpose of exercising the rights granted to the civil party

The Seals Guard, Minister of Justice,
In the light of articles 2-15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Law No. 95-125 of 8 February 1995);
In view of article D. 1 of the Code of Procedure (Decree No. 95-932 of 17 August 1995, as amended by Decree No. 2002-223 of 20 February 2002);
In view of the application by the association called " AFV Joola ", whose head office is located in Toulouse (31300), 211, avenue de Muret;
In view of the request receipt issued on 15 May 2003,
Stop:

Article 1

The approval provided for in Article 2-15 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is granted to the association " AFV Joola ", whose head office is located in Toulouse (31300), 211, avenue de Muret.

Article 2

The association shall provide Annually to the Ministry of Justice, from the publication of this Order:
-the list of members;
-a copy of the last minutes of the general meeting;
-a copy of the last accounting exercise.

Article 3

The Head of the Service of Access to Law and Justice and the Politics of the City shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
