Summary

This Order includes To open access to the sixth and final level to all the agents falling within this employment status meeting the seniority requirements, and not just as is the case at present Holders of posts on a list drawn up by joint decree of the ministers responsible for the civil service, culture and budget respectively. This measure is without change on the index markers, equal to 801-HE B, but this Reform is an opportunity to include them in the decree of 10 July 1948, which currently includes only the figures. Amendment of the tables annexed to Decree 48-1108 of 10-07-1948.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Of the Industry, the Minister for Culture and Communication and the Minister for Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 as amended bearing the rights and obligations of the Civil servants, as a whole of Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 on the hierarchical classification of grades and posts Civil and military personnel of the State under the general pension scheme, together with the texts which have supplemented or amended it;
Having regard to Decree No 2003-598 of 1 July 2003 laying down the conditions for appointment and advancement in employment Regional Director of Cultural Affairs;
In view of the Board's opinion Head of the Public Service of the State as of February 12, 2002,
Describes:

Item 1
The tables annexed to the aforementioned Decree of 10 July 1948 are amended in accordance with that annexed to this Decree.

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Culture and Communication, Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Planning And the Minister responsible for the budget and budgetary reform shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall take effect on 1 January 2003 and shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
