    The Prime Minister,
    On the report of the Minister of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing, the Minister of The Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and State Reform, Government Spokesperson,

    In light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended, amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
    Given the Law No. 2005-32 of 18 January 2005 programming for social cohesion, in particular its Articles 143, 149 and 152;
    Having regard to Decree No 86-83 of 17 January 1986 concerning general provisions applicable to non-state agents of the State taken for the purposes of Article 7 of Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 Statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;

    Item 1
    Within the limits of the appropriations available for this purpose, the compensation scheme applicable to public law contractual agents of the National Agency for The reception of foreigners and migration mentioned in Article 1 of the Decree of 14 January 2004 mentioned above includes:
    a) A bonus of duties;
    b) Specific allowances:
    -a liability premium;
    -a technicality premium;
    -a daily allowance for special hardship.

    The Bonus of functions referred to in Article 1 of this Decree shall be paid in accordance with the importance of the hardship to which the beneficiary is called to face in the performance of his or her duties, the activity and the manner in which The officer.

    The amount of the individual duties of the premium includes:
    -a fixed share, corresponding to 70 % of the average annual amount;
