The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and the Minister of the Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 as amended on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 as amended laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No 2003-273 of 25 March 2003 on the conditions for appointment and promotion in the employment of an inspector of education Farm,

Pursuant to the aforementioned decree of 25 March 2003, it is hereby established in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs Joint Consultative Commission for the jobs of agricultural education inspector.

The Commission is chaired jointly by the Director General of Administration and by the Director General of Education and Research.

The Joint Consultative Commission meets at least once a year. The secretariat of the committee shall be provided by the Directorate-General for Administration. A representative of the staff shall be appointed to act as assistant secretary.
The committee shall draw up its rules of procedure, which shall be approved by decision of the Minister responsible for agriculture.

The replacement of the representatives of the administration, holders and substitutes, coming to cease their duties during the three-year period referred to above, shall be carried out under the conditions laid down in Article 6
replacement of staff representatives who are unable to perform their duties prior to the expiry of their term of office shall be carried out under the following conditions:
