The Minister of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
In the light of articles L. 133-1 and following of the Labour Code;
In view of the 11 October 1971 and the successive orders, in particular the order of 18 July 2001, extending the national collective agreement of undertakings for trade, leasing and repair of agricultural tractors, machinery and equipment, of equipment Of public works, of building and handling, of motorcycle equipment of Pleasure, gardens and green areas of 30 October 1969 and of the texts which have amended or supplemented it;
Having regard to the agreement of 18 November 2003 on training in the prevention of asbestos-related risks concluded under the Convention The above mentioned national collective;
Given the request for extension by the signatory organizations;
In view of the opinions published in the Official Journal of 18 February and 17 April 2004;
In view of the opinions gathered during the survey;
In view of the opinion Motivated by the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and agreements), delivered in session on May 27, 2004,

Item 1


Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the field Application of the national collective agreement of undertakings for the trade, rental and repair of agricultural tractors, machinery and equipment, public works, building and handling equipment, and motorcycle equipment Pleasure, gardens and green areas of 30 October 1969, as a result of the agreement of 10 December 1985 amended by amendment No. 33 of 22 April 1986, the provisions of the agreement of 18 November 2003 on training in the prevention of asbestos-related risks entered into under the aforementioned national collective
. Paragraph 8 of the aforementioned agreement is extended subject to the application of the provisions of Article 4 of the amended Decree No. 96-98 of 7 February 1996 on the protection of workers against risks associated with the inhalation of asbestos dust, Under which training in the prevention of risks related to asbestos is The

Article 2


The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned agreement shall be made from the date of the Publication of this order for the remaining time to maturity and the conditions Under the said agreement.

Article 3


The Director of Labour Relations at the Ministry of Employment, Labour and Cohesion And the Director General of the Forest and Rural Affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
