Applications for planting authorisations issued either as a new planting or as a transfer of right from Replanting must be filed before July 4, 2003, with the local services of The National Institute of Appellations of Origin.
Applications for the authorisation of replanting and early replanting, as well as applications for authorisation of overgrafting, must be filed before 4 July 2003 with the services of the Viticulture of the Directorate-General for Customs and Indirect Rights.
The Director of Economic Policy and International and the Director General of Customs and Excise are Responsible for the execution of this Order, each of which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
