Paragraph I
Attribution clause

Paragraph II
Allocation clause


Technical studies (77.01) and computer studies (77.03) for which this allocation clause has been provided will be subject to the following rules:
1. The texts covered by this Agreement shall be applied when the personnel involved in the manufacture-including the administrative and technical staff and the master's staff-account for at least 80 % of the total workforce.
2. Article 2
Substitution of Application fields
