Order of June 10, 2003 approving the transfer of a portfolio of membership bulletins to regulations and contracts of a mutual

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Minister of Health, Family and Disability Issues,
Seen the code of the Mutuality, and in particular Article L. 212-11;
In view of the request by the mutual association association of the hotel industry, whose registered office is in Paris (1), 14, rue Coquillière, for approval of the transfer, with its rights And obligations, from the whole portfolio of membership bulletins to regulations and contracts to the union of Mutual Surgical Mutual Companies in Paris, whose head office is in Paris (1), 14, rue Coquilliere;
Seen the deliberation of the 3 October 2002 of the extraordinary general meeting of the mutual association Mutualist of the hotel industry;
Considering the November 14, 2002 deliberation of the extraordinary general meeting of the Mutual Mutual Surgical Union of Paris;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 10 January 2003 inviting the Creditors of the mutual societies concerned to submit their observations on the transfer project;
Having regard to the solvency certificate of 14 January 2003 issued by the Supervisory Committee on Mutual Provident and Provident Institutions;
In view of the documents In support, including the portfolio transfer agreement,
Stop:

Article 1


Approved the transfer, under the conditions set out in Article L. 212-11 of the mutuality code, with Its rights and obligations, from the whole portfolio of membership bulletins to regulations and contracts of the mutual mutual association of the hotel industry to the union of Mutual Surgical Mutual in Paris.

Article 2


The Director of Social Security shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
