Order of 19 May 2004 amending the order of 11 April 2001 laying down the conditions for registration on the list of employable Management and accounting officer of agricultural social mutuality organizations

The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Business Rural,
In the light of articles R. 123-45, R. 123-46 and R. 123-47 of the Social Security Code;
In the light of the amended April 11, 2001 Order setting out the conditions for registration on the executive officer and accounting officer job Bodies of agricultural social mutuality;
Having regard to the amended order of 12 June 2003 laying down the conditions for the issue of the certificate provided for in Article 18 of the amended Order of 25 September 1998 laying down the conditions for entry on the list Ability to work as a director of social security agencies and to Article 12 of the amended Order of 11 April 2001 laying down the conditions for registration on the list of executive and accounting officer posts of agricultural social mutuality organisations,

Item 1
Article 12 of the decree of 11 April 2001 is thus amended:
I.-The penultimate subparagraph is replaced by the following provisions: " Have obtained the training certificate issued at the end of the training course conducted at the Centre national d' études supérieures de sécurité sociale. That condition is not required, on the one hand, for the entry on the fourth eligibility list of the candidates carrying on business in an organisation referred to in Article R. 111-1 of the Social Security Code and, on the other hand, for registration on the A Category C organization's executive ability list ".
II. -The last paragraph of Article 12 shall be replaced by the following:
" Also exempted from the production of the training certificate:
-executives and accounting officers submitting an application for a list corresponding to a job in which they were previously named and approved;
-executives and accounting officers Position in a social security body as at 31 December 2001, holders of a certificate of follow-up provided by the CNESSS before 31 December 2003, for all subsequent applications for registration on the list of candidates for employment as an agent of Management and accounting officer of agricultural social mutuality organizations;
-the Persons with a certificate of achievement in the development cycle; and
-officers appointed and approved on the first list of a Category B organization applying for entry on the second Category A list."

In the penultimate subparagraph of Article 14 of the decree of 11 April 2001, the words: " June 1 " Are replaced by the words: " July 1 ".

The second paragraph of Article 23 of the Order of 11 April 2001 is deleted.

The Director General of Forest and Rural Affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for The execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
