Order of May 28, 2002 Appointment to the Departmental Joint Technical Committee of the Department of Defence

The Minister of Defence and Veterans Affairs,
In light of Decree No. 85-649 of 26 June 1985 on the Joint Technical Committees of the Ministry of Defence, as amended by the Decree No. 2000-1246 of 15 December 2000,
Stop:

Article 1

Pursuant to Article 3 of the Decree of 26 June 1985 referred to above, the representatives of the Administrative Committee of the Ministry of Defence of the Ministry of Defence shall, in addition to the Minister or its representative, be President:
For the services under the authority of the Secretary-General for Administration:
-the Secretary General for the administration or his or her representative;
-the Director of Military and Civilian Personnel (DFP) or his or her representative;
-the Deputy Director of Forecasting, Studies and Regulation DFP civilian personnel or their representative;
-the DFP Civilian Personnel Management Assistant or his/her representative.
For the General Delegation for Armaments:
-the Director of Human Resources (HRD) or his or her representative;
-the Deputy Director of General and Social Affairs of the HRD or his or her representative;
-the Director of the centres of expertise and testing or his representative.
For the National DCN service:
-the Director of DCN or his/her representative.
For the Military Staff:
-the Central Director of the Environmental Health Service or his/her representative.
For the Land Staff:
-the Chief of the Land Staff or his or her representative;
-the Deputy Chief of Staff-Human Resources or his or her representative;
-the Director of Military Personnel of the Army or his or her representative.
For The Navy General Staff:
-the Chief of the Naval Staff or his or her representative.
For the Air Force Staff:
-the Director of Military Personnel of the Air Force or his/her representative.
For the Directorate-General The national gendarmerie:
-the Director General of the National Gendarmerie or his representative.

Article 2

The term of office of the members of the Committee Three years from the effective date of this Order.

Article 3

The Order of 3 May 1999 Amended to appoint representatives of the administration to the Departmental Joint Technical Committee of the Department of Defence is repealed.

Article 4

The Director of the Military Service and the Civilian personnel is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
