The professional competition provided for in Article 36-I of the decree of 14 January 1991 referred to above, for promotion to the 2nd class of the rank of principal attaché Shall be organised under the conditions laid down in the following Articles.
The contest Professional consists of an oral examination consisting of:
-a short presentation by the candidate on the duties he has performed since his appointment as attaché (duration: five to ten minutes);
-an interview with the members of the selection board Allowing to assess the personality of the candidate, his professional knowledge and his participation in the general life of the structures to which he belonged (duration: 20 to 30 minutes).
The board completes its assessment by consulting the file provided by the applicant when it is registered Assignments since entry into the body and functions currently performed.
The jury is composed of at least five designated officials, And their potential substitutes, by the Minister responsible for agriculture. It is chaired by an Inspector General of Agriculture or a member of the Agricultural Education Inspectorate. The other members shall be chosen from among the civil administrators, the agricultural education inspectors, the secretaries-general of the higher education establishments reporting to the Minister responsible for agriculture, the heads of establishments Of agricultural education and officials of the central or regional administration of agricultural education at least equivalent to that of civil administrator.
