In view of the Order of June 3, 2005, Delegation of Signing, Décrète:
In the absence or incapacity of Mr. Michel Duvette, Director of Judicial Protection of the Youth, delegation is given to Hélène Marsault, head of service, assistant to the director, to sign, in the name of the custody of the seals, minister of justice, and within the limits of his powers, all acts, orders or decisions, to the exclusion Orders.
In case of absence or incapacity of Mr Michel Duvette, Director of Youth Judicial Protection, delegation is given to Mr Bruno Houssa, Administrative Magistrate Ministry of Justice, directly under the authority of Mr. Michel Duvette, to sign, on behalf of the custody of the seals, the Minister of Justice, the orders of mission, purchase orders and fees, established on the occasion of the Travel by officers of the judicial protection branch of the Youth in metropolitan territory.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Ms. Madeleine Mathieu, Deputy Director Directorate for the judicial protection of youth, delegation is given to Mr Jean-Jacques Chabot, Regional Director for the Judicial Protection of Youth, assigned to the central administration of the Ministry of Justice, directly under The authority of Ms. Madeleine Mathieu to sign on behalf of the Custody of seals, the Minister of Justice, and within the limits of his duties, acts, orders or decisions, excluding Orders in Council.
In case of absence or incapacity of Mr. Denis Perrin, Deputy Director of the Directorate of Youth Judicial Protection, delegation is given to Ms Catherine Barbier, Departmental Director assigned to the Administration Ministry of Justice, directly under the authority of Mr. Denis Perrin, to sign, on behalf of the custody of the seals, Minister of Justice, and within the limits of his duties, all acts, orders or decisions, excluding Orders in Council.
In case of absence or incapacity of Mme Claudine Lescoffit, Deputy Director of the Directorate of Youth Judicial Protection, delegation is given to Ms Catherine Frénot, Agent Contract, directly under the authority of Ms. Claudine The coffin shall, for the purpose of signing, in the name of the custody of the seals, the Minister of Justice, and within the limits of its powers, all acts, orders or decisions, other than decrees.
Seals, Minister of Justice, is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
