The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity,
In view of Articles L. 133-1 and Following the Labour Code;
In the light of the decree of 28 March 1956 and the successive orders, in particular the Decree of 2 December 2002, extending the national collective agreement on the mechanical work of wood and sawmills, trade and The importation of the wood of November 28, 1955 and the amendments and annexes which have amended or supplemented it;
In the light of the decree of 28 April 1992 extending the agreement on the classification of the personnel of the trade and the import of wood from the 10 February 1992 as part of the collective agreement referred to above;
Given Amendment No. 7 of 20 June 2002 (minimum wages and point of seniority) to the agreement on the above classifications;
Given the request for extension submitted by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 18 October 2002;
In view of the opinions Collected during the course of the investigation;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 133-2 of the Labour Code,

Item 1


Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the field Application of the Agreement on the Classifications of Timber Trade and Import Personnel of 10 February 1992 concluded in the framework of the National Collective Agreement for the Mechanical Work of Wood and Sawmills, Trade and Import Of the timber of November 28, 1955, excluding the timber trade sector, the provisions of Amendment No 7 of 20 June 2002 (minimum wages and point of service) to the agreement on the above classifications.
The minimum wage grid for " Books " And grid " Administrative, commercial and technical staff " Of paragraph A " For companies whose employees have a collective schedule of 35 hours per week or 35 hours on average over the year " Article 2 (Minimum Wages) shall be extended subject to compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of the amended Act No. 2000-37 of 19 January 2000 introducing a monthly remuneration guarantee.
In paragraph B " For companies whose employees have a collective schedule above the statutory length of 35 hours per week " In Article 2, the provisions relating to the value as at 1 July 2002 of minimum wages for 35 hours per week or 151.67 hours per month shall be extended subject to the application of the relevant provisions Fixing the minimum interprofessional growth wage.
