Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 133-2 of the Labour Code,
Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the field Application of the Agreement on the Classifications of Timber Trade and Import Personnel of 10 February 1992 concluded in the framework of the National Collective Agreement for the Mechanical Work of Wood and Sawmills, Trade and Import Of the timber of November 28, 1955, excluding the timber trade sector, the provisions of Amendment No 8 of 21 January 2003 (minimum wages and point of service) to the agreement on the above classifications.
The minimum wage grid for " Books " And grid " Administrative, commercial and technical staff " Of paragraph A " For companies whose employees have a collective schedule of 35 hours per week or 35 hours on average over the year " Article 2 (Minimum Wages) shall be extended subject to compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of the amended Act No. 2000-37 of 19 January 2000 introducing a monthly remuneration guarantee.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the endorsement referred to above shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the remainder of the term and the conditions Provided by the said rider.
