Sections A. 36-12 and A. 36-13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Part IV: Orders) are modified in accordance with the provisions of this Order.

1 ° It is added in the Departments column after the word: " Guadeloupe ", the word:" Guyana " And in the corresponding row of the number of jurors in the annual list the number: " 400 ".
2 ° It is added in the Departments column after the word:" Indre ", the word:" Martinique " And in the corresponding row of the number of jurors in the annual list the number: " 400 ".

The 7 °, 8 ° and 9 ° of Article A. 36-13 become respectively the 8 °, 9 ° and 10 °, and it is inserted after the seventh paragraph (6 °) of this Article, Eighth paragraph thus written:
