Signing Delegation Order of June 6, 2002

Prime Minister,
On the Minister's Report Equipment, transportation, housing, tourism and the sea,
Given the public procurement code;
Given the amended Order No. 47-233 of January 23, 1947, authorizing the ministers to Delegate, by order, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 53-1169 of 28 November 1953 on the regulation of public administration for the application of the decree of 30 September 1953 on the reform of administrative disputes, as amended by the Decree of 29 January 1957;
In light of Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 on the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
In view of the Decree of 27 February 1997 on the appointment of the Director of Maritime Affairs and Seafarers;
In light of the May 6, 2002 Order in Council Appointment of the Prime Minister;
In light of the decree of 7 May 2002 on the composition of the Government;
In light of Decree No. 2002-894 of 15 May 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and The sea;
In view of the decree of 30 May 1997 on the organisation of the Directorate of Maritime Affairs and seafarers, as last amended by the Order of 29 January 2002;
In view of the Order of 28 May 2002 on the delegation of signature,

Article 1


In the absence or incapacity of Mr. Christian Serradji, Director of Maritime Affairs and People of Sea, the delegation provided for in Article 1 of the Order of 28 May 2002 is vested, within the limits of its powers, Mr Jean-Claude Diquet, Head of Service.

Article 2


In case of absence or incapacity of Mr. Christian Serradji, Director of Maritime Affairs and Seafarers, and Mr Jean-Claude Diquet, Head of Service, the delegation provided for in Article 1 of this Decree devolved, within the limits of their respective powers, to Mr Gérard Houdin, Divisional Public Works Engineer, Mr. Didier Baudoin, Chief Maritime Affairs Officer, Ms. Florence Classen, Senior Central Administration Officer, and Mr. Eric Levert, Senior Director, Public Works. Marine business.

Article 3


In case of absence or incapacity of Mr. Christian Serradji, Director of Maritime Affairs and Seafarers, and Mr. Jean-Claude Diquet, Chief of Service, Mr. Philippe Illionnet, Head of Maritime Affairs, Mr Eric Berder, chief engineer of armaments, and Mr Olivier Noël, Deputy Director, have delegated signing, excluding the decrees, all acts, orders and decisions, as well as all Contracts, contracts and endorsements, within the limits of their powers

The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea is responsible for the execution of this Order, which Will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic,
