In view of Articles L. 133-1 et seq. Of the Labour Code;
In view of the Decree of 8 February 1991 extending the national collective labour agreement Employees employed by the construction companies, not covered by the decree of 1 March 1962 (i.e. occupying more than ten employees) of 8 October 1990;
In view of the orders of 12 February 1991 and 15 December 1992 extending the collective agreement Of the workers employed by the undertakings in the building covered by the Decree of the 1st March 1962 (i.e. occupying up to 10 employees) of 18 October 1990 and endorsements supplementing it;
In view of the order of 24 June 1991 and the successive orders, in particular the Order of 1 June 2001, extending regional agreements (Languedoc-Roussillon);
In view of the regional agreement (Languedoc-Roussillon) of 26 November 2003 on minimum wages for workers employed by undertakings in the building concluded under the aforementioned national collective agreements;
Vu The regional agreement (Languedoc-Roussillon) of 26 November 2003 on compensation Small movements and meals of the workers employed by the construction companies entered into under the aforementioned national collective agreements;
Given the request for extension by the signatory organizations;
In view of the opinions Published in the Official Journal of 26 and 28 February 2004 and of 15 and 17 April 2004;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 133-2 of the Labour Code,
Stop:

Item 1


Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the field Of the professional application of the national collective agreement of the workers employed by the undertakings of the building covered by the decree of 1 March 1962 (i.e. occupying up to ten employees) of 8 October 1990, as supplemented by the amendment No. 1 of 17 March 1992, and in that of the national collective agreement of workers employed by The undertakings in the building not covered by the decree of 1 March 1962 (i.e. occupying more than ten employees) of 8 October 1990, as extended by order of 8 February 1991, and in their own territorial scope, the provisions of:
-the Regional Agreement (Languedoc-Roussillon) of 26 November 2003 on minimum wages for workers employed by undertakings in the building concluded under the aforementioned national collective agreements, subject to the application of the Provisions of Article 32 of the amended Act No. 2000-37 of 19 January 2000 introducing a monthly guarantee of remuneration,
-the regional agreement (Languedoc-Roussillon) of 26 November 2003 on allowances for small movements and meals Workers employed by the construction companies, concluded in the Framework of the aforementioned national collective agreements.

Article 2


The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned agreements shall be made From the date of publication of this Order for the period remaining to be run and the conditions laid down in those agreements.

Article 3


The Director of Labour Relations at the Department of Employment, work and social cohesion and the Director General of the Forest and Rural Affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs shall each be responsible for the implementation of the This Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
