    Article 8

    The provisions of this Order replace those of the following orders that are repealed as of January 1, 2009:
    Decree of 24 December 2002 laying down the technical rules to be met by cattle farms subject to authorisation under Book V of the Environment Code;
    Decree of 13 June 1994 laying down technical rules To which poultry and (or) game birds subject to environmental protection must be satisfied;
    Decree of 29 February 1992 laying down the technical rules to be met by the Fisheries subject to authorisation for environmental protection.
    The following circulars and technical instructions are repealed:
    Circular of 15 February 2000 concerning the application of Decree No. 99-1220 of 28 December 1999 amending the Classification of Classified Installations. Cases of heading 2102 (pigs) and 2111 (poultry);
    Circular No. 95-26 of 29 March 1995 on facilities classified for the protection of the environment. Elevations;
    Circular No. 94-87 of 10 November 1994 on poultry farms subject to declaration;
    Circular No. 92-10 of 24 February 1992 on facilities classified for environmental protection. Elevations.
    The instructions for headings 2101 and 2111 of the Classification Interpretation Note-General Redesign -, new headings of June 14, 1994, are repealed.

    Article 28


    When an installation ceases activity in respect of which it was authorized, the operator shall inform the prefect at least one month before the stop Final. The operator's notification shall indicate the planned or completed rehabilitation measures.
