On the report of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Spatial Planning, Tourism and the Sea, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister for Public Service and State Reform,

Two categories of job as chief engineer of public works of the state are created: Chief engineer of the public works of the State of the 1st group and chief engineer of the public works of the state of the 2nd group.
The conditions for appointment and advancement in the jobs of chief engineer of public works of the State of the 1st Group and chief engineer of the public works of the State of the 2nd group shall be fixed by this Decree.
The list of functions performed by the chief engineers of the 1st and 2nd group, respectively, shall be fixed by order of the Minister responsible for The equipment.
The respective number of jobs in each group is fixed by order The minister responsible for the equipment, the minister responsible for the public service, the minister responsible for the budget and, where appropriate, the minister concerned.

  • TITLE I: PROVISIONS ON THE CHIEF ENGINEER OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE STATE OF THE 1st GROUP Article 2

    Article 3


    The employment of the Chief Public Works Engineer in the State of the 1st group consists of six steps.

    Article 4


    may be appointed, in the employment of the chief engineer of public works of the State of the 1st group, the divisional engineers of the public works of the State having attained for at least one year and six months the 3rd step Of their rank.

    Article 5


    The chief engineers of public works in the state of the 1st group are appointed by order of the minister responsible for equipment, for a period of five years, To be renewable once for the purposes for which they have been appointed.
    Employees appointed in this position are placed in positions of detachment from their original bodies.
    Interested persons may be removed from the position in Service interest.

    Article 7

  • TITLE III: TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS Article 13

    Article 15
