Decree of 29 May 2002 on delegation of signature

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity,
In view of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorizing ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
Considering Decree No. 75-506 of 25 June 1975 on the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Labour;
Having regard to the decree of 25 January 2001 appointing the Director of Labour Relations;
Having regard to the decree of 6 May 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 7 May 2002 on the composition of the Government;
In view of Decree No. 2002-891 of 15 May 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity;
Considering the decision of 18 August 1982 concerning the organization of the direction of labour relations;
Having regard to the decision of 21 May 2002 on delegation of signature,
Decrete:

Article 1


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Jean-Denis Combrexelle, Director of Labour Relations, delegation is given to Mr. Laurent Setton, Head of Service, to the effect of signing, within the limits of the powers of the Directorate of Labour Relations and on behalf of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, all acts, decrees, decisions or conventions, excluding decrees.

Article 2


In case of absence or incapacitation of MM. Jean-Denis Combrexelle and Laurent Setton, delegation is given to Ms. Laurence Vagnier, Deputy Director of Employee Rights, to the effect of signing, within her powers and on behalf of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, all acts, decrees, decisions or conventions, excluding decrees.

Article 3


In case of absence or incapacitation of MM. Jean-Denis Combrexelle and Laurent Setton, delegation is given to Mr. Pascal Florentin, Deputy Director of Collective Bargain, to the effect of signing, within the limits of his powers and on behalf of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, all acts, decrees, decisions or conventions, excluding decrees.

Article 4


In case of absence or incapacitation of MM. Jean-Denis Combrexelle and Laurent Setton, delegation is given to Mr.Marc Boisnel, Deputy Director of the Working Conditions and the Prevention of Labour Risks, to the effect of signing, within his powers and on behalf of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, all acts, decrees, decisions or conventions, excluding decrees.

Article 5


In case of absence or incapacitation of MM. Jean-Denis Combrexelle and Laurent Setton, delegation is given to Ms. Colette Courtois, a central administrative officer, to the effect of signing, within the limits of the powers of the General Affairs Office and on behalf of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, all acts, decrees, decisions or conventions, excluding decrees.

Article 6


The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity is responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
