By order of the Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Public Service and State Reform, Secretary of State for Budget and Reform The budget and the Director General of the Caisse des Deposits et Consignations dated 18 May 2004, is authorised for the year 2004 the opening of a closed competition, organised in Common, for the access of non-incumbent agents belonging or having belonged to the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry or the Caisse des depots et consignations au corps de secretaries administrative d' administration centrale.
Le Number of posts offered in this competition will be fixed at a later date by interministerial order which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
The competition consists of an oral admission test. The test begins with a presentation by the candidate on his professional experience and the duties he has performed; this presentation is followed by an interview with the selection board whose objective is to assess his personality, his ability to situate himself in a Professional environment and its ability to adapt to the tasks that can be entrusted to the officials of the body on the basis of questions put by the jury. These questions shall include, inter alia, professional knowledge as well as experience and functions performed as a non-incumbent agent (duration of the test: 30 minutes; duration of the presentation: 10 minutes maximum; duration of the presentation; Maintenance: 20 minutes minimum).

Candidates will register in the competition of the administration (Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry or the Caisse des Deposits et Recordings) of which they report or fall within the date of expiry of their Last contract.
