The Council of State (Finance Section) heard,
Describes:
The first paragraph of Article R. 79 of the Civil and Military Pension Code is replaced by the following provisions:
" The pension awarded to the soldiers of the Paris Fire Brigade and the Marseilles Firefighters Battalion, excluding the doctors, whose services in this brigade or battalion, consecutively or not, reach fifteen At least for officers and non-commissioned officers, and at least ten years for non-commissioned members, or whose retirement results from disabilities in service, is increased by a supplement of 0.50 % of the base balance for each Year of activity carried out in the brigade for the firefighters of Paris or in the Battalion for the Marseilles Firefighters. "
The provisions of this Order apply to retirement pensions liquidated as of August 14, 2004.
The Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister for Public Service and Reform of the State and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Budget Reform, Spokesman for the Government, shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
