The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Employment, Labour and Social cohesion, the Minister for Solidarity, Health and the Family, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister for Public Service and the Reform of the State and the Minister of Gender and Equality Professional,
In view of Decree No. 2002-552 of 19 April 2002 establishing a new index subsidy for staff performing duties Of higher liability in the central and decentralised departments of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity, as amended by Decree No 2003-419 of 7 May 2003;
In the light of Decree No. 2005-91 of 7 February 2005 on the duties of the Secretary General of the Ministries responsible for Social Affairs,
Describes:

Item 1
The Annex to the decree of 19 April 2002 referred to above is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decree, as regards the functions performed in Central administration.

The Minister of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion, the Minister of Solidarity, Health and the Family, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Public Service and Reform of the State, Minister of Parity and Equality, Minister Delegate to Budget and Budget Reform, Spokesperson for the Government, shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall take effect from 9 February 2005 and shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
